This is an agreement between the user ("you") and The Children's Trust and The Switchboard of Miami (the Partnership) and our software licensor, VisionLink, Inc.

The inclusion of information within Tapestry does not imply endorsement by the The Children's Trust, the Switchboard of Miami, or by any other business or organizational partner. Further, the Partnership and its members are not responsible for the accuracy of information, neither for the damage or loss of any information included here, nor for any limitations on access to that information across the Internet or by other means.

All information posted to and contained within Tapestry, including user accounts and user-posted information, not explicitly owned or copyrighted by others, becomes the property of the Partnership. The Partnership has sole discretion concerning appropriate use and access of this system.

The use of Tapestry for illegal, inappropriate, or unethical purposes is prohibited.
